Vinha das Penicas Rosé
Grape varieties: Centenary Old Vines (Baga, Rufete, Bastardo, Grand Noir).
Vinification: Short-term skin maceration, followed by fermentation in used French oak barrels.
Aging: Used French oak barrels for 12 months.
Colour: Salmon.
Aroma: Aroma with hints of red fruit and a slight salinity. Hints of chipped stone and notes of tea.
Flavour: The palate is fresh and structured with a long, tense, complex finish, full of individuality and character.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Red meats, game dishes, cheeses.
