Quinta do Paral Gutta Supera White
Grape varieties: Fernão Pires.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (12-16º) in stainless steel vats.
Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Complex aromas of tropical and citrus fruit, highlighted by the toasted notes of the wood.
Flavour: It's a balanced, elegant wine with a high degree of freshness and persistence.
Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Grilled tuna steak with asparagus or a seafood salad.
