Murgas White Arinto DOC Bucelas
Grape varieties: Arinto.
Vinification: The harvest was done manually into small 15 kg boxes, followed by gentle pressing and static clarification of the must. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats and 20% in used 350-litre French oak barrels.
Aging: 8 months on fine lees with bâtonnage only during the first 2 months.
Colour: Citrus yellow.
Aroma: It combines the elegance of Arinto with the characteristic minerality of calcareous soils.
Flavour: Serious, profound and long-lasting, it defines the attributes of great historic wines.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Starters, fish dishes, some white meats, cheeses and apple pie.
