Vinification: Total destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Colour: Open straw.
Aroma: Fruity with notes of citrus and vanilla.
Flavour: The palate is structured, fresh and very persistent.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Recommended to accompany fish dishes, cod, stews and lightly cooked meats.
