    Vale da Capucha Vinha da Teimosa Red

    Grape varieties: 70% Touriga Nacional, 30% Tinta Roriz.
    Vinification: The press is filled with 95% destemmed grapes, followed by a lightly extractive "pisa-apé" and natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
    Aging: 12 months in well-used barrels, with no filtration.
    Aroma: Aroma with subtle red fruit, a vegetal touch, as well as mineral and smoky notes (limestone).
    Flavour: Rich on the palate, enveloping in texture, revealing elegance.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰

    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: A very gastronomic wine for red meat dishes, game and stews.
