    Terroir Al Límit Les Tosses 2017

    Grape varieties: Cariñena.
    Vinification: Hand-picked, fermented in whole bunches with indigenous yeasts.
    Aging: 8 months cement deposits.
    Colour: Ruby.
    Aroma: Black fruits and rich aromas of smoke and spices.
    Flavour: Despite the initial suggestion of brute force, a serious and thoughtful character emerges, with bright, tense acidity and incredible drive.

    Serve: 16⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Red meat, white meat and pasta.
