Grape varieties: Touriga Franca.
Vinification: Direct pressing, with spontaneous fermentation (Indigenous Yeasts) in stainless steel for 30 days at 14 degrees ‘sur lie’. Bottled with filtration.
Aging: Inox
Colour: Salmon.
Aroma: Fresh with notes of red fruit.
Flavour: The palate shows structure, persistence and some complexity.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Goes well with grilled red and white meat dishes.
