    Colour: Deep Ruby.
    Aroma: Red fruits like raspberry and blackberry.
    Flavour: Fresh peppermint notes, good structure with mouth volume and persistence.

    Serve: 12⁰ a 15⁰.
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 to 20 years).

    Harmonisation: Dark chocolate or red fruit desserts.
