    Howard’s Folly Carcavelos 1991

    Grape varieties: Arinto, Galego Dourado, Boal, Rabo de Ovelha, João Santarém, Espadeiro Tinto.
    Aging: In 700 litre oak barrels.
    Aroma: Volatile aromas of dried fruits and spices.
    Flavour: Elegant and intensely flavoured, with a long and persistent finish enhanced by a lively acidity.

    Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
    Consumption: Immediate

    Harmonisation: Matured cheeses, mix of dried fruits, pastel de
    cream, lemon-based desserts and egg whites.
