Grape varieties: Sercial.
Vinification: Grapes pressed in a continuous press. Fermentation interrupted by the addition of wine alcohol (96%).
Aging: Sercial aged for 10 to 14 years in French oak casks.
Colour: Nuances of greenish gold.
Aroma: Aromas of dried fruit, pine, resin, wood and orange leaf.
Flavour: Mineral, salty mouthfeel with a sharp, fresh acidity. A dry, almost endless finish.
Serve: 11⁰ a 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Excellent as an aperitif, savoury snacks, olives, onion soup, octopus salad, sautéed mushrooms with garlic, oysters and cheeses.
