Grape varieties: Boal.
Vinification: Grapes pressed in a continuous press. Fermentation interrupted by the addition of wine alcohol (96%).
Aging: Boal aged for 10 years in French oak casks.
Colour: Shiny gold.
Aroma: Fragrant notes, with dried fruit, caramel, a touch of iodine, figs and well-integrated wood.
Flavour: Smooth, honeyed palate, flavours of caramelised nuts. Excellent acidity on the spicy, fresh finish.
Serve: 11⁰ a 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Excellent as a digestif, fruit-rich cakes, foiegras, passion fruit or caramel pudding, candied fruit and cheeses.
