Grape varieties: Alfrocheiro (50%) Jaen (50%).
Vinification: Manual harvesting, fermentation in oak vats with 40% whole bunches and around 20 days of maceration after fermentation.
Aging: Individual barrel ageing.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Delicate aromas with a fruity character, some balsamic and spicy notes.
Flavour: Very elegant on the palate, with a high sensation of freshness, as well as great complexity and concentration.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or cellaring (Vinha Negrosa is a wine with great potential for evolution).
Harmonisation: Goes well with roast kid, veal or octopus.
