Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in granite vats with partial destemming.
Aging: Tonel de 25hl durante 36 meses.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Wild berries enveloped by earthy and floral notes, with a slight vegetal hint.
Flavour: Elegant, fresh and very intense, with a very long finish.
Harmonisation: Serra da Estrela cheese and more structured meat dishes.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storge (great potential).
