Serra Oca Tinta Roriz Tinto
Grape varieties: Tinta Roriz.
Vinification: Total destemming of the bunches without crushing. Tanning and the start of semi-carbonic fermentation in 500 litre French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts, followed by gentle pressing. Not fined or filtered.
Aging: 10 months in used French oak barrels where fermentation was completed.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Notes of fresh, delicate red fruit.
Flavour: On the palate it surprises with its freshness and lightness, as well as its minerality.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Red meats, oven-baked loin and cheeses.
