Grape varieties: Antão Vaz (70%), Perrum (30%).
Vinification: Manual selection of whole bunches, destemming and static decanting of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation (12-16º) in French oak barrels.
Aging: 9 Meses Sur Lie Com Battonnage..
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Elegant, with fresh aromas of tropical fruit and hints of minerality.
Flavour: Creaminess from the barrels where it aged, with excellent balance, as well as a persistent finish of extreme complexity.
Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Traditional dishes such as dogfish soup or fish stew.
