Quinta do Paral Reserva White
Grape varieties: Chardonnay (60%), Sauvignon Blanc (40%).
Vinification: Manual selection of whole bunches, destemming and static decanting of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation (12-16º) in French oak barrels.
Aging: 6 months in new French oak barrels on fine lees.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: The harmony of aromas of tropical fruit, lime and mineral notes, combined with the toasty notes of the barrel.
Flavour: Fresh, long and elegant, as well as persistent and crisp acidity.
Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Ideal with poultry and more elaborate fish dishes.
