Grape varieties: Antão Vaz and Arinto
Vinification: Manual selection of whole bunches, destemming and static decanting of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation (12-16º) in French oak barrels.
Aging: 14 months on fine lees in French oak barrels with battonnage. battonnage.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: An elegant wine with a fresh aroma of tropical fruit combined with hints of orange peel, intense minerality and spices enveloped in the creamy touch of wood from the vat where it aged.
Flavour: Excellent balance, with a persistent finish of extreme elegance.
Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: It stands out with sophisticated dishes with persistent acidity, such as smoked fish carpaccio or roast turkey.
