Grape varieties: Verdelho.
Vinification: Grapes pressed in a continuous press. Fermentation interrupted by the addition of wine alcohol (96%).
Aging: Verdelho aged for 10 years in French oak casks.
Colour: Shiny gold.
Aroma: Discreet polished wood, ripe citrus fruit, floral notes, sultanas and honey.
Flavour: It has a soft texture, a mineral touch with fresh, energetic acidity and a long, persistent finish.
Serve: 11⁰ a 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Excellent as an appetiser, consommé, smoked salmon, ham, pâté or pasta dishes with clams and orange.
