dish of garlic cream, wild boar ham and black garlic was served with a <strong>white and a red wine,<\/strong> respectively Dom\u00ednio do A\u00e7or Encruzado 2021 from the D\u00e3o and Monte Me\u00e3o Vinha da Cantina Baga 2020 from the Douro, as it constituted the biggest <strong>challenge of the evening<\/strong>, successfully overcome in the opinion of those present.<\/p>\n<p>The event was attended by winemaker Hamilton Reis from Herdade do Mouch\u00e3o and Natus Vini, as well as the owners of Herdade da Mainova.<\/p>\n<p>Our thanks to everyone present.<\/p>\n<p
