To ensure that customers feel secure when making purchases, Garrafeira Tourinto has chosen EASYPAY as an alternative payment method. It is still possible to make payments by bank transfer or MBWAY, the latter only valid for customers with a bank account in Portugal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In which countries do you deliver to<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We currently send orders to the <strong>continental area<\/strong> of the following countries: Portugal, Germany, Angola, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, South Korea, Canada, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Macau, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you deliver to the Islands and Autonomous Regions?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can place your order for <strong>Madeira<\/strong> and the <strong>Azores<\/strong> directly at our wine cellar, but you must provide your tax identification number, and the delivery address must be the same as the billing address. However, for other islands, you must contact the Tourinto Wine Cellar prior to placing your order to check its feasibility and costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efetuam entregas em Hot\u00e9is?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Yes! If you are visiting Portugal, you can place your order in advance and request delivery to the hotel where you are staying.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How long does the delivery of the order take?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The order will normally be delivered within 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 working days) for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain, 3 to 5 working days for the rest of the European Union countries (see point 3.11), 3 to 6 working days for Switzerland, 5 to 10 working days for the United Kingdom, Angola, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan and Macau and 20 to 30 working days for the United States of America and Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atention:<\/strong> From June to September, orders received on Thursdays will only be dispatched on the following Monday in order to safeguard product quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much does delivery cost in Portugal and Spain?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">For purchases over \u20ac80 for <strong>mainland Portugal*<\/strong> and over \u20ac200 for <strong>mainland Spain*<\/strong>, postage is included. However, for all other countries there is <strong>no order<\/strong> value above which postage is included.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qual o custo de entrega nos Pa\u00edses da Uni\u00e3o Europeia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The cost of delivery varies depending on the country of destination and the value of the order, and is <\/strong>calculated at the time of purchase<\/strong> before payment is made. Garrafeira Tourinto only <\/strong>works with specialised shipping services<\/strong> in order to meet delivery deadlines and quality of service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> When ordering outside of Portugal, we advise you to consider placing orders between <strong>6 and 24 bottles<\/strong>, in order to reduce the cost of shipping per unit.<\/p>\n<p><b>How do shipments outside the European Union work?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Shipments to these countries are subject to taxes and customs duties in the country of destination <strong>(except United States of America All Inclusive Door to Door)<\/strong>, as well as additional costs arising from the legislation that each country imposes on orders coming from Portugal, the payment of which is the responsibility of the customer or recipient.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To dilute the associated costs, you should consider ordering between <strong>12 and 30 bottles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We suggest you read the <strong>Terms and Conditions<\/strong> of sale before placing your order for countries outside the European Union.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>What is the Carrier Processing Fee <b>for shipments outside the European Union<\/b> ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">For orders over \u20ac70 <strong>(except United States All Inclusive)<\/strong>, the carrier charges an additional fee for handling the entry process into the destination country quickl, which does not include customs costs and taxes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does shipping to the United States work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Garrafeira Tourinto, through its parcel shipping partner, provides a shipping service <strong>All Inclusive \u2013 Door to Door<\/strong> to the <strong>United States of America<\/strong>where the customer will receive the parcel directly at home and will not be charged extra customs fees in the country of destination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atention:<\/strong> This service takes 20 to 30 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do shipments to Canada work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Similar to the United States of America - <strong>All Inclusive - Door to Door -<\/strong>, however orders cannot be sent to New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atention:<\/strong> This service takes 20 to 30 days.<\/p>\n<p><b>Do you ship to Brazil?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Due to the bureaucracy and high costs associated with secure shipping to Brazil, we have decided not to offer this service.
